Here are some treatments that can assist with minor hair fall that is associated with your environment. Use weekly as an intense treatment.

  • Apply a small amount to the ends of your hair daily or after each wash. Style as usual.

  • Use every 1 to 2 weeks as an intense hot oil treatment. Warm the oil and apply to your scalp & strands. Massage in well and wrap your hair in a towel to keep it warm and let the nourishing oils penetrate the hair. Leave in your hair for 1 hour or over night and wash out the next day.

Tips for keeping your hair long and healthy.

 

  • Do not shower with hot water. Hot water can strip the natural oils from your hair and scalp. Leaving your locks dry and your scalp a bit itchy. Instead have a warm shower, this will be much better for your scalp, your hair and your skin in general.

  • Eat a balanced diet. A well fed body shines from the inside out.

  • Do not brush you hair when it is wet. Wet hair can catch in your comb and pull, making your strands fall earlier than they normally would.

  • Wash your hair 2 - 3 times a week. Washing your hair too often can also strip your hair of its natural oils which are what protect and nourish your hair naturally. Over washing can make your scalp stress and produce more oil than usual, it can also make your hair dry and lifeless.
